In addition to management and planning as a partner, I am involved in the development and improvement of design and construction document procedures and standards, space planning and design, quality control, employee training, project management and construction administration. I love when we transform our client’s vision into an amazing space and we can see their enthusiasm the first time they see the finished product.

Our culture is much like a family, and as a mentor, I love seeing a member of our team grow from an intern to an incredible designer who finds solutions we haven’t explored!

Who inspires you? My dad, because of his discipline and perseverance, and my mom’s gentleness and humanity.

Proudest achievement? I was the Latin-American waterskiing champion and Colombian National waterskiing champion.

Coolest place you’ve ever been? Gaudi’s Sagrada Familia in Barcelona, Spain.
