I work with our Finish Design team to manage projects from concept to completion. I have had the opportunity to wear many hats at IDA since I started. Leveraging my experience from my past career, I focus on ensuring consistency through process documentation, fostering operational discipline by coordinating deadlines, and mentoring the design team to support a culture of creativity and collaboration. My favorite part of the job is developing relationships with repeat clients over many years of successful projects.

Coolest place you’ve ever been? Sainte-Chapelle in Paris, France. The architecture and stained-glass windows were breathtaking to experience.

What are you particular about? At home, I’m particular about organization, especially having things in order by color. All of my art supplies and clothes are arranged in rainbow order.

Guilty pleasure? Books! I am a voracious reader and love the opportunity to lose myself in a
great story, meet new characters, and explore new places.
