I manage the day-to-day operations of the company. From RFP responses, contracts and FF&E budgets to maintenance of business and professional licensure to HR tasks and planning staff events – these are just some of the many things I do. I work closely with Jennifer to market IDA to prospective new clients and help maintain relationships with our established and growing client base. I have to have a good grasp on multitasking to keep the team moving forward together.

As much as I enjoy doing legal work, I love watching our entire staff come together to create beautiful work.

What are you particular about? Organization. I organize my closet by clothing item, then by color. The money in my wallet is arranged from lowest to highest denomination and is all facing the same way.

First thing you’re buying when you win the lottery? A beach home for my family.

Guilty pleasure? Homemade biscuits (hot out of the oven) with homemade apple butter.
