With project management, I’m always shifting gears. I focus on interior millwork design and lead the CAD designer team. My favorite part of my role is putting together new concept images and using those to find solutions for the client’s goals. I love finding new and exciting ways to solve different design challenges.

Working with the rest of the IDA team means all ideas are checked for accountability, and we never do anything alone. This collaborative vibe means we get plenty of input to find the best solutions.

Who inspires you? My grandmother, Erma Barr. She grew up very poor and started her own very successful business. She had a tough life but always took care of her siblings, children and grandchildren while running her company. She was a rock star and I hope to be half as successful as she was.

Guilty pleasure? Listening to music written in languages I do not speak.

Coolest place you’ve ever been? The Mesoamerican Barrier Reef System off the coast of Roatan, Honduras.
