It is with profound sadness that we share the news of Bonnie Manson’s passing.

Bonnie founded IDA in 1981 and was its President until 2012.  Bonnie was a force of nature: a leader, a fierce advocate for seniors, a teacher, and a mentor.  A talented designer, Bonnie helped shape the early landscape of Senior Living design, transforming the industry as we know it.

IDA remembers Bonnie fondly.

In place of flowers, Bonnie’s family is asking that those wishing to honor her make a charitable donation to the Lewy Body, Dementia, or Parkinson’s Foundations.
